Shipping Policy

It can take between 4 and 8 weeks to process and craft your custom item. We then ship orders within 5-14 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
1. Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
2. International Shipping
Delivery of packages varies based on the country and customs. We use international shippers, such as USPS, UPS and if necessary, FedEx
3. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package is in the carrier’s hands. Please contact the shipping provider directly.
5. Customs and Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we can help:
1. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, sale items, and intimate goods are final sale and not eligible for return.
2. Returns
For all other non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect
